Shipping policy

DELIVERY

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. All prices are shown in GBP.

DISPATCH
Every order is carefully packed by hand. Orders placed before 12pm on a working day (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

DELIVERY OPTIONS
Standard Delivery (tracked): £3.95, 3–5 working days after dispatch
Free Standard Delivery on orders over £60
Express Delivery (tracked): £5.95, usually the next working day after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods such as Christmas. Some remote areas, including the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands, may take longer.

CHRISTMAS
We will publish our last order dates for Christmas delivery in early December.

LOST OR DELAYED PARCELS
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please email info@romara.co.uk and we will look into it with our delivery partner.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
We don't ship outside the UK yet, but we hope to soon. Sign up to our newsletter to hear first.
