These terms apply to all orders placed on romara.co.uk. Please read them before ordering.

ORDERS
When you place an order you will receive an email acknowledging it. This is not an acceptance of your order. A contract between us is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error has occurred. If so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable taxes. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. We make every effort to display prices accurately; if we find an error, we will contact you before dispatching.

PRODUCTS
We try to show colours and details accurately, but they may vary slightly depending on your screen. Please check our Size Guide before ordering. Our clothing should always be used under adult supervision. Please check buttons, poppers and fastenings regularly, and follow the care instructions on the label.

DISCOUNT CODES
Only one discount code can be used per order. Codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to previous orders. Some offers have their own conditions, which are shown with the offer. We may withdraw or change promotions at any time.

DELIVERY, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Please see our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

OUR LIABILITY
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Our products are for domestic and private use only.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as postal disruption or severe weather. We will let you know and do our best to minimise the effect.

We use your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
